I've never seen this cute little bear in person because it was sent to a former coworker and friend who is very ill and who lives over forty miles away. She is Chinese and adores Pandas. Judging from the thank-you email I received, she was delighted with her bear. It was delivered promptly and is reasonably priced, as was the shipping. I would definitely order from Cuddleworks again.
My one suggestion is that gift-wrapping be offered. I would have been happy to pay a few dollars extra for that.
