We were happy with the mechanics of the sale -- easy online site. The bird itself is lovely ... it was a "Santa" gift for our 7-year-old. Opened it Christmas morning ... but unfortunately, by Christmas night, the wing already had started to tear -- looked like it could have been a defect -- and some fur came out. Because it's a Santa gift, there's no returning or exchanging it for us. So, we stitched it up and are hoping for the best.

I was pleased to find the exact toy I was looking for at Cuddle Works and for a great price. They also have a great selection of other toys. Payment and shipping were easy and it arrived right on time. The quality of the toy (Blue Macaw) was excellent. I would definitely use Cuddle Works again.
