At Cuddleworks, we realize ordering online can leave unanswered questions. Although we strive to provide detailed images and descriptions, without actually seeing or feeling the product, you are never really sure if you are buying exactly what you want. This is why we back our customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If youíre not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it using the following guidelines:

Please notify us by email of a return within 30-days from the date of purchase. If you would like to return a product, please email: returns@cuddleworks.com. Unfortunately, we do not accept return requests by phone.

Changed Your Mind?

If you would like to return your order because your changed your mind or the product just isn't want you wanted, just email Returns within 30 days of purchase and we will issue an RMA number. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the product in new, resalable condition, tags attached, to the address on the emailed RMA authorization. Once we receive your returned order, we will refund the cost of the order, including any original shipping costs.

Defective Product - Return?

If you would like to return your order because it is defective, just email Returns within 30 days of purchase and we will issue an RMA number. Cuddleworks will send you a "call tag" (return shipment label) so you can return the defective product to us. Once we receive your returned defective order, we will refund the cost of the original order, including any shippings.

Defective Product - Exchange?

If you would like to exchange your order because it is defective, just email Customer Care within 30 days of purchase and we will begin the exchange process. Cuddleworks will send you a "call tag" (return shipment label) so you can return the defective product to us at no expense. Once we receive your returned order and verified the defect, we will immediately ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Restock Fees

Cuddleworks does not charge restocking fees for any returns - ever!

Order Returned Due to Bad Address?

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct and serviced by the United States Post Office, our preferred provider. All orders returned to us marked "Refused," "Undeliverable," "RTS" or in a similar fashion will be processed in the following manner: A) Cuddleworks will notify the customer of the return due to a bad address. B) Cuddleworks will refund the cost of the original order, minus any original shipping fees. C) Cuddleworks will not ship the order a second time. If the customer wants the item reshipped, they should confirm the shipping address and submit a second order.

Volume Discounts and Wholesale Purchases

Purchases made through our Volume Discount or a Wholesale account are non-refundable due to the large quantities and substantial discounts offered by CuddleWorks. We recommend purchasing a sample of the product prior to placing your larger order.
